About the Chateau Clauzet 2011
A beautifully mature Saint-Estèphe with aromas of cassis, blackberry, dried plum, cedar, tobacco, graphite, and earthy spice. Fine-grained tannins, vibrant freshness, and classic Left Bank structure create an elegant Bordeaux with a long, refined finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast lamb, grilled ribeye, beef tenderloin, duck breast, aged Comté, Gruyère, or wild mushroom dishes.
