Chateau Chizay Zakarpattia 5 Year Old Brandy 500ml

Chateau Chizay Zakarpattia 5 Year Old Brandy is a Ukrainian grape brandy from Chateau Chizay in the Zakarpattia region. It is crafted from noble grape brandy spirits matured for a minimum of five years in oak, followed by additional maturation in barrels previously used for Chateau Chizay wines. This extended oak maturation develops a rich, balanced and velvety character with dried fruit, vanilla and roasted-nut notes.

Food Pairing: Dark chocolate, roasted nuts, dried fruit, aged cheeses, fruit desserts, and coffee. It also works particularly well as an after-dinner digestif.

Tasting Notes: Amber in appearance with a rich, balanced and velvety profile, combining mature dried-fruit character with vanilla, roasted nuts and oak.
