100 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

Deep garnet-purple in color, with intense red currant, black cherry, wild blueberry, violet, star anise, cinnamon, cigar box, and smoky notes. The palate shows exceptional elegance and depth, layered red and black fruit, mineral character, firm grainy texture, and an extraordinarily persistent, perfumed finish.

99 Points - James Suckling

Wet earth, fresh mushroom, menthol, blackberry, and blueberry aromas lead into a full-bodied, dense, structured palate. Powerful tannins are remarkably integrated, with detailed definition, a cashmere-like texture, and a long, polished finish.
