Sourced from gravelly clay-limestone soils, this estate blend exhibits vibrant, lifted aromas of yuzu, lime zest, pink grapefruit, and green apple interwoven with white flowers, lemon curd, crushed stone minerality, and subtle beeswax. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied, offering a satiny, mouth-coating texture balanced by bright, driving natural acidity, delivering a long, crisp, and citrus-focused finish.
