Blason de L'Evangile is the second wine of Chateau L'Evangile, offering the elegance and richness of Pomerol in an approachable style. Aromas of black cherry, plum, cassis, violet, cocoa, graphite, and subtle spice unfold into a silky palate with polished tannins, vibrant freshness, and a long, refined finish.

Food Pairing: Pair with roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, mushroom risotto, braised short ribs, or aged Comte for an elegant Pomerol dining experience.

Medium- to full-bodied, it is rich with exceptionally polished tannins that caress the palate from start to finish. Refined, seamless and beautifully balanced, it concludes with a long, graceful finish. A blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.
