Sourced from selected plots within 'Fourchaume'—one of Chablis' most renowned Premier Cru vineyards located on steep, south-west facing slopes composed of fossil-rich Kimmeridgian limestone soils—this wine undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing and temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel tanks to preserve the maximum purity of fruit and site-specific terroir. In the glass, it displays a pale yellow hue with bright golden highlights. The nose reveals a complex aromatic bouquet of fresh lemon, green apple, white floral blooms, and crushed flint minerality.
