Crafted in the Ningxia region of Western China, Château Changyu Moser XV Family Red Wine is the result of a partnership between China’s historic Changyu pioneer winery and fifth-generation Austrian winemaker Lenz Moser. Sourced from estate vineyards at the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains, this Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant blend showcases the unique high-altitude, sun-drenched terroir of Ningxia.
Food Pairing: Grilled steak, roasted lamb shanks, duck breast, braised beef short ribs, aged hard cheeses.
