Champagne brut Blanc de Blancs Magie Blanche Jean Diot

Variety: 100% Chardonnay

The grapes are grown 100% in the Coteaux Sud d’Epernay, in the Marne department, south west of Epernay.

The harvest takes place manually with separation of the different parcels.

During the pressing, the juices are separated. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers.

Refermented in the bottle for a minimum period of 36 months.

Dosage 8.5 grams per liter

Alc/Vol: 12%
