About the Jacquesson Dizy Terres Rouges 2014
Jacquesson Dizy Terres Rouges 2014 is a single-vineyard Extra Brut Champagne crafted from Pinot Noir grown in the Terres Rouges parcel of Dizy. Elegant red berry fruit, citrus, spice, toasted brioche, and chalky minerality unfold across a refined palate with silky mousse and remarkable persistence.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with duck breast, roasted quail, tuna, mushroom risotto, and aged Gruyere.
97 Points - James Suckling
This is unique for Jacquesson, with very primary character, like crushed pinot (must), as well as pie crust and cookie dough. Plus, there is bark and lightly dried fruit. Purity. It's full-bodied and layered with a dense palate, but always agile and weightless. Long and flavorful. Dry finish. No dosage. From a single parcel of 1.7 hectare in Dizy. This will develop beautifully. 2025 release. Drink or hold.
