Jacquesson Cuvee No. 748 is an Extra Brut Champagne based on the 2020 harvest, complemented by reserve wines. Aromas of citrus, pear, brioche, toasted nuts, and chalky minerality lead to a vibrant palate with exceptional precision, creamy mousse, and a long, saline finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with oysters, lobster, sushi, roasted poultry, and aged Comte.
