About the Jacquesson Cuvee 743 Brut
Jacquesson Cuvee No. 743 Degorgement Tardif is an Extra Brut Champagne aged extensively on lees before late disgorgement. Layers of citrus, candied lemon, toasted brioche, hazelnut, and chalky minerality are carried by a creamy mousse, delivering remarkable depth, precision, and an exceptionally long finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with lobster, oysters, sushi, truffle dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
