Champagne Collard-Picard Archives is a rare cuvee combining Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru with Pinot Noir from Reuil. Extended ageing on lees and maturation in large oak barrels develop almond, white flower, yellow fruit, and pastry notes, balanced by freshness and a persistent texture.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with butter-poached lobster, roasted turbot, truffle risotto, scallops, and aged Comte.
