About the Champ des Treilles CDT 2022
A biodynamically farmed Bordeaux blend from Sainte-Foy Cotes de Bordeaux offering ripe dark cherry, blackberry and subtle spice with fresh acidity and finely textured tannins. Aged in concrete without oak, it delivers purity, balance and an expressive, fruit-driven finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb, roast duck, beef tenderloin, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
