Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de Fleys is a single-vineyard Chardonnay sourced from the village of Fleys on the right bank of the Serein River. Aromas of candied lime, pear, white peach, melon, and chalk lead to a vibrant palate with electric acidity, pronounced minerality, and a long, saline finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with oysters, scallops, grilled lobster, sushi, roast chicken, or fresh goat cheese for an elegant Chablis pairing.
