Produced from Chardonnay grown in the renowned Mont de Milieu Premier Cru vineyard, this Chablis offers aromas of citrus, fresh apple and oyster shell with vibrant minerality. A rich yet refined palate is balanced by bright acidity, delivering an elegant, persistent finish with outstanding ageing potential.

All bottled in January 2025 including the VCI element. Pale in colour, the bouquet bolstered rather than swamped by the oaking. There is a deliciously rich yet still not exotic mid palate. This is very Right Bank in style. Extremely youthful and retaining the key kimmeridgian core of the terroir. Drink from 2028-2035. Tasted Jun 2025.
