About the Chateau Poesia 2020
A boutique Saint-Émilion Grand Cru from the Vignobles JM Cazes portfolio, Château Poesia reveals expressive aromas of black cherry, blackberry, cassis, violet, graphite, cedar, and dark chocolate. Richly concentrated yet beautifully refined, it delivers velvety tannins, vibrant freshness, remarkable precision, and a long, elegant finish with excellent aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with beef tenderloin, roast lamb, duck breast, venison, mushroom risotto, truffle potatoes, aged Comté, or braised short ribs.

Based on 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, the 2020 Château Poesia has a wonderful purity and freshness in its ripe blue fruits, tobacco, cedar, and spring flower-like aromas and flavors. Medium to full-bodied, it has good acidity, ultra-fine tannins, beautiful overall balance, and just a classy, seamless, incredibly elegant profile. It's another gorgeous wine from this incredible team.
