The 2020 Château Guiraud Blanc Sec is an organically certified Bordeaux Blanc offering vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach, pear, white flowers, and subtle toasted oak. A silky texture, bright acidity, and pronounced minerality lead to a long, elegant finish with exceptional freshness and complexity.

Food Pairing: Pair with oysters, grilled lobster, seared scallops, roast chicken, sushi, creamy goat cheese, or herb-roasted white fish.

This has aromas of lime zest, dried pineapples, green mangoes, dried thyme, salted almonds and pine needles. It’s medium- to full-bodied with bright acidity. Layered and concentrated. Plenty of fresh and dried fruit to the herbs and nuts. Drink now or hold.
