Sourced from the south-east-facing Roscaleto vineyard in La Morra—featuring 40 to 45-year-old vines rooted in nutrient-dense white clay—Bussolo employs radical high-density planting and hyper-intense crop thinning (leaving a microscopic 0.5 kg of fruit per plant).
