About the Ceretto Nebbiolo d'Alba Bernardina
Ceretto Nebbiolo d'Alba Bernardina is made entirely from Nebbiolo grown at the Monsordo Bernardina estate in Alba. Fermentation in stainless steel and maturation in old wood produce a complex, expressive and long-lived red that highlights the character and quality of estate-grown Nebbiolo.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with braised beef, mushroom risotto, roasted lamb, truffle pasta, and aged cheeses.
