About the Celler Del Roure Parotet
An exceptional and historic Spanish red wine aged in ancient clay amphorae. Expressive aromas of ripe red cherries, blueberries, and Mediterranean garrigue open to a light-bodied, fluid palate showing brilliant mineral tension, savory spice, and refined, powdery tannins.
Food Pairing: Pairs delightfully with roasted veal chops, rustic pasta dishes, grilled sausages, and semi-cured cheeses.
