About the Celler Credo Estrany 2014
An exceptional and unique Spanish skin-contact white wine showing a rich golden hue. Complex, evocative aromas of bruised apple, wild Mediterranean herbs, and dried orange peel lead into a structured, intensely textured palate with remarkable depth, firm skin-derived tannins, and a long, savory mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs phenomenally with roasted pork loin, grilled duck breast, savory mushroom risottos, and mature cheeses.
