About the CedarCreek Haynes Creek Syrah 750ml
Critic tasting note: (2007 vintage) "Peppery, clove, vanilla, spicy, blackberry jam, tobacco, barnyard, saddle leather and meat aromas with a bit of roasted pepper. Round, dry, elegant but a bit hollow. Fresh with clove, poultry, spicy, savoury, oaky, milk chocolate, tobacco and black cherry flavours with a bit of mint and resin on the finish and some green tea tannins. Needs a few years to integrate but appears to lack some stuffing. (Anthony Gismondi and Stuart Tobe)." - Gismondi on Wine
