                    Tasting Notes
Cherry, blackberry, and savoury herbs on the palate, with hints of violet on the on finish.
All the grapes for this wine come from four separate blocks within our Home Block Vineyard, each farmed differently and harvested as much as three weeks apart. This is now the second year of farming Home Block organically and the results show in the bottle. In true Pinot form, this wine is light and delicate, though has a riper fruit profile due to the warmer vintage. It is made in a truly low-intervention style: natural fermentation, natural malolactic fermentation, unfined and unfiltered.
Product/bottle images are illustrative only and may differ in vintage, bottle shape, or label.
Due to the Alberta Government distribution system, BSW Liquor cannot always guarantee the availability of specific vintages. We regularly update our website to reflect the most accurate vintage information. In instances where the requested vintage is not available, we will promptly contact you. You will then have the option to accept the available vintage or cancel the product from your order.
