Cecillon Dragon Eau-de-Vie is a French fruit brandy from Domaine Johanna Cécillon in Brittany, produced from cider selected for distillation. The domaine creates its eaux-de-vie by fermenting apple or pear juice and then distilling the resulting fermented must, with fruity and tannic ciders selected to create a refined spirit. The Canadian-listed Dragon expression is described as being produced from cider matured on its lees in barrel and tank for more than a year before distillation.
