Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseurs Choice Miltonduff 17 Year Old 2007 Cask #19600502

Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseurs Choice Miltonduff 2007 is a 17-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Miltonduff Distillery in Scotland's Speyside region. Selected exclusively for Kensington Wine Market, this limited-release expression matured in first-fill ex-sherry hogshead #19600502 before being bottled at a robust 56.9% ABV. Rich sherry character combines with orchard fruits, tropical accents, chocolate, and warming spice to create a complex and rewarding single-cask whisky.

Food Pairing: Roasted duck, glazed pork, aged Gouda, dark chocolate, fruitcake, toasted hazelnuts, and sticky toffee pudding.

Tasting Notes: A rich, sherry-forward Speyside single malt featuring dried fruits, dark chocolate, toasted nuts, honey, citrus, and delicate floral complexity.

Nose: Stewed raisins, baked apples, cinnamon, toasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate, and leather, with subtle citrus and tropical fruit accents.

Palate: Vanilla pod, redcurrants, raspberries, dried figs, honey, chocolate, and sweet sherry, complemented by white pepper and gentle oak spice.

Finish: Medium to long, with lingering sultanas, lime zest, dried fruit, chocolate, toasted nuts, and a gently drying sherry influence.
