Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseur's Choice Tormore 2000 Cask 1264 is a single cask Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled at the Tormore Distillery. Distilled in 2000 and aged for 24 years in a single refill American oak hogshead (Cask #1264), it was bottled at a natural cask strength of 56.2% ABV in 2025 by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseurs Choice series.

Food Pairing: Apple or pear tarts, vanilla crumble, stone-fruit desserts, roasted pork tenderloin with apple reduction, or lightly aged hard cheeses such as Comté or Cheddar.

Tasting Notes : Natural golden color with a medium-bodied, silky, and refined mouthfeel.

Nose : Mandarin peel, crisp green apple, caramel, toasted almonds, mango, and subtle floral nuances.

Palate : Silky vanilla cream, honey, milk chocolate, lemon cheesecake, and a burst of tropical fruits balanced by soft oak spice.
