About the Cave Spring Rose Brut
A vibrant traditional-method sparkling rosé with cranberry, cherry and plum fruit layered with citrus, subtle spice, wet stone and hints of ginger. The palate is extra dry and medium-bodied, with a fine mousse, bright acidity and a crisp mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with crab cakes, salmon crostini, tuna tartare, charcuterie, Margherita pizza, roasted fish, beet and feta salad, or seared duck.
