About the Cave Spring Riesling Brut
A vibrant traditional-method sparkling Riesling with Key lime, yellow grapefruit and green apple layered with fresh pastry, vanilla, wet stone and toast. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with a fine mousse, brisk acidity and pronounced mineral and saline character leading into a crisp citrus-driven finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with sushi, seafood, soft cheeses, cured ham, fried appetizers, asparagus, or enjoy as an aperitif.
