About the Cave Spring NE Cabernet Franc
A medium-bodied Cabernet Franc with dark cherry, raspberry and cassis fruit accompanied by mint, herbs, spice and subtle cedar. Fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins give the wine a structured, savoury finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast beef, grilled lamb, roast chicken, sausages, mushroom dishes, or aged cheddar.
