About the Cave Spring Gamay
A lively, fruit-forward Gamay with dark cherry, raspberry and blackberry flavours complemented by black pepper, subtle spice and earthy notes. The palate is medium-bodied and juicy, with fresh acidity, fine tannins and a smooth, savoury finish.
