About the Cave Spring Gamay CSV
A structured and expressive Gamay with raspberry and red currant fruit layered with red rose, fresh herbs and subtle wood spice. The palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity, firm tannins and savoury complexity, leading into a long, dry finish.
