About the Cave Spring CS2Go Cabernet Franc 4x200mL
A dry, medium-bodied Cabernet Franc with bright red cherry and red currant fruit layered with cedar, mint, black tea and subtle earthy notes. Fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity give the wine a lively structure, followed by hints of grilled red pepper, smoke and graphite on the finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast chicken, burgers, beef brisket, grilled sausages, mushroom dishes, or roasted red peppers.
