About the Cave Spring Blanc De Blancs
A refined traditional-method sparkling wine with crisp apple, pear and citrus layered with lemon curd, almond and subtle toasty notes. Fine bubbles, bright acidity and a mineral edge create a dry, lively palate with impressive length.
