Beaune Premier Cru Les Pertuisots is a refined Pinot Noir from one of Beaune's smallest Premier Cru climats on the Pommard side of the appellation. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, and warm spice lead to a generous palate with silky tannins, vibrant freshness, and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with roast duck, veal, grilled lamb, mushroom risotto, game birds, or aged Comté and Gruyère cheeses.
