It displays a bright lemon-yellow colour and opens with an austere, sophisticated bouquet of pears, green apples, and white flowers, underpinned by flinty notes, minty sagebrush, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and laser-focused, showcasing a vertical structure with effervescent acidity and flavors of quince, honey, and baked red apples.
