"EdeM" stands for "Estrellas de Mendoza" (Stars of Mendoza), reflecting the estate’s commitment to capturing the purity of the Uco Valley terroir. This "Blonde" expression is a Blanc de Blancs style, crafted primarily from Chardonnay to deliver a bright and luminous character. It features a fine, persistent mousse and a delicate bouquet of white blossoms, green apple, and citrus zest, layered with subtle notes of fresh bread crust and mineral wet stone.
