About the Castellare Chianti Classico Riserva 2018 750ml
Tasting notes:
Typical ruby red colour, which has a tendency to become garnet red as the wine ages. The nose has an intense aroma of violets and an elegance that is enhanced over time. On the palate the wine displays relatively dry and harmonious notes, while also being slightly tannic, with a flavour that becomes increasingly velvety over time.
Pairings:
Ideal with red and white meat, as well as pairing well with poultry, hare and various cheesesi.

Bright ruby colour. Revealing nose of rich damson, blackberry and ripe fruit of the forest, surrounded by a gentle leather scent. Juicy on the palate embedded in vivid tannin, salty fruit spreading across the tongue vigorously and lingering for quite some time.
