Castello Dei Rampolla Chianti Classico 2021 is an elegant, biodynamically farmed Italian red wine from the renowned Conca d'Oro area in Panzano in Chianti. Blending predominantly Sangiovese with touches of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this vintage is meticulously aged in concrete vats and oak barrels without clarifying or filtering. In the glass, it displays a bright ruby red color. The inviting aromatic bouquet opens with rich notes of Morello cherries, wild berries, and crushed dried flowers, beautifully accented by subtle hints of tobacco, cinnamon, and leafy underbrush. On the palate, the wine is delicate and medium-bodied, offering a silky texture, fine-grained tannins, and a vivid natural acidity. The vibrant, highly focused core of juicy red fruit funnels gracefully through to a long, flavorful, and incredibly harmonious finish.
