About the Cascahuin Reposado Siete Veces Diez 750ml
Siete Veces Diez was made in commemoration and recognition of the second generation of Cascahuin; Salvador Rosales Torres turned 70 years old in 2023 and currently serves as General Director of Tequila Cascahuin.
This year’s special edition is made up of a blend of three Blanco Tequilas, aged separately in American Oak casks for a period of 190 days. The three tequilas were then blended together to make a one-of-a-kind Reposado.
Color: Light gold with silver nuances
Aroma: Fruity with herbal and spicy notes characteristic of the agave with a balance of sweet notes the barrel aging. Among the aromatic components we find green apple, melon, chamomile tea, green tea, mint, papaya, green banana, natural honey, walnut, dark chocolate, anise, and coconut.
Flavour: A characteristic sweet and silky flavour that the barrel gives over time, in addition to the flavour of agave. Finishes with a long, fresh, dry flavour with light tannin characteristics from the wood.
