About the Chateau Duhart Milon 2021
A Fourth Growth Pauillac owned by the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), Château Duhart-Milon reveals aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, cedar, graphite, tobacco, violet, and subtle spice. Elegant yet powerfully structured, it delivers refined tannins, vibrant freshness, exceptional precision, and a long, age-worthy finish with classic Pauillac character.
Food Pairing: Pair with beef Wellington, grilled ribeye, roast lamb, duck breast, venison, mushroom risotto, aged Comté, or braised short ribs.
Wine Enthusiast
Black fruit and toast aromas give this wine its perfumed character. It is generous—celebrating Cabernet Sauvignon—and structured, dominated by succulent blackberry fruits. It has aging potential.
