Carrera Reposado Tequila

Carrera Reposado Tequila is a premium, small-batch tequila crafted from carefully selected 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. After traditional slow-cooking in brick ovens and double distillation, this expression is rested for six months in American oak barrels to develop a harmonious balance between the natural sweetness of the roasted agave and the rich, warming influence of the wood.

Food Pairing: Tacos al pastor, grilled shrimp, chicken mole, fresh guacamole with tortilla chips, or mild cheddar cheese.

Tasting Notes : Golden amber in appearance with a smooth, medium-bodied, and silky mouthfeel.

Nose : Sweet cooked agave, warm vanilla, light caramel, toasted almonds, and a hint of baking spice.

Palate : Smooth and balanced with rich flavors of roasted agave, vanilla, caramel, subtle toasted oak, and mild black pepper.

Finish : Warm, lingering, and smooth with trailing notes of sweet agave, dried fruit, and soft oak tannins.
