Crafted by the historic Carrau family at their Las Violetas estate in Canelones, Uruguay, this Gran Reserva showcases a masterfully balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Uruguay's signature Tannat grape. Drawing upon nine generations of winemaking expertise, Bodegas Carrau ages this selection in French oak barrels to harmonize Tannat's powerful structure with the refined aromatics of Cabernet.
Food Pairing: Grilled prime ribeye, roasted rack of lamb, wild game, hearty beef stews, aged Manchego.
