About the Carpineto Chianti Classico Riserva 2020
Carpineto Chianti Classico Riserva 2020 is an incredibly harmonious, traditional Tuscan red wine crafted with a core of Sangiovese. Following extensive maturation in a combination of Slavonian and French oak barrels, it reveals an elegant ruby hue alongside complex, expressive aromas of black cherries, wild blackberries, red plums, and violets, layered with hints of cedar, sweet vanilla, and earthy iron notes. The palate is full-bodied, dense, and beautifully framed by muscular, structured tannins and vibrant, balanced acidity, easing into a long, generous finish marked by warming spices.

Pair this savory Riserva with Bistecca alla Fiorentina, rosemary-roasted lamb, wild boar ragù, or mature pecorino cheese.
