Matured in refill, rejuvenated, and rejuvenated ex-wine American & European Oak casks. A most unexpected Caol Ila (many would not guess it to be one), this rare unpeated expression has little of the peated make’s smoky and “fresh clean” nature yet brings the same urgency to a new and compelling taste, exploring the lighter, smoother, fruitier side of the spirit.
