A balanced blend sourced equally from the clay-dominant, mineral-rich soils of the Canalicchio cru and the galestro-laden Montosoli cru, this wine undergoes 36 months of aging in traditional Slavonian oak casks. On the nose, it reveals an intoxicating and dramatic bouquet of dried black cherries, wild purple blossoms, dusty violets, and subtle balsam herbs. The palate is wonderfully dense and silky, offering bright red fruits layered with chalky minerals, exotic spices, and mouthwatering acidity, all seamlessly framed by firm, tightly woven tannins.
