Cañada Aguardiente de Oaxaca Rum 1L is an artisanal, agricole-style Mexican rum produced by third-generation distillers of the Krassel family in the remote cloud forest of Santa María Tlalixtac, Oaxaca. Crafted from 100% organic Java sugarcane grown at altitudes up to 4,000 feet above sea level, the cane juice is naturally fermented with wild yeast in outdoor tanks and distilled in custom copper stills to create an expressive, savory, and complex high-proof spirit.

Food Pairing: Grilled octopus, ceviche, slow-roasted pork carnitas, spicy tacos, aged goat cheese, and dark chocolate.
