Crafted using the traditional Ripasso method, the wine gains exceptional depth and complexity by undergoing a secondary fermentation on the warm, sugar-rich grape pomace of Amarone. It presents a highly aromatic bouquet of dried red cherries, sultanas, mocha, and lively baking spices.
