Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Cameronbridge 12 Year Old 2012 Single Grain Scotch Whisky

Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Cameronbridge 12 Year Old 2012 is an independently bottled single grain Scotch whisky from Cameronbridge Distillery in Scotland's Lowland region. Distilled in 2012 and bottled in February 2025 at 57.1% ABV, this expression matured for 12 years in first-fill bourbon barrels. Released as Edition #1 of Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof Grain Collection, it showcases the creamy richness of mature grain whisky through layers of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and delicate fruit sweetness.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with aged Gouda, toasted almonds, roasted pecans, buttery shortbread and crème brûlée. Vanilla cheesecake, caramel desserts and milk chocolate complement its creamy bourbon-cask character.

Tasting Notes: A rich and expressive Lowland single grain whisky featuring creamy vanilla, honeyed cereal, buttery toffee and warm oak spice. First-fill bourbon maturation brings rounded sweetness, subtle coconut and an inviting confectionery character.

Palate: Buttery toffee, vanilla custard, crème brûlée, toasted almonds and hints of candied citrus, balanced by warming oak and delicate spice.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering vanilla, caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of sweet oak spice.
