About the Calcário do Principal Reserva Tinto
This structured Bairrada red blend shows deep aromas of black cherry, blackberry, plum, and violet with subtle graphite, spice, and earthy mineral tones. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers firm but refined tannins, fresh acidity, and concentrated dark fruit, finishing long, precise, and elegantly mineral-driven.
Food Pairing: Roast lamb, grilled beef, duck, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses, charcuterie, and rich Portuguese meat dishes.
