About the Mas del Perie Amphore
Mas del Perie Amphore is a biodynamically farmed Cahors made exclusively from Malbec grown on ferruginous limestone soils. Fermented and aged in 800-litre amphorae, it delivers remarkable purity, freshness and a refined expression of its terroir.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled lamb, duck breast, beef tenderloin, wild mushrooms and aged hard cheeses.
